2. Refund Policy

To secure your event décor booking, clients are required to pay 100% of the booking fee upfront.

Full Refunds: If you cancel your booking more than 7 business days before the scheduled event date, you will receive a full refund, including the 10% breakage deposit.

Partial Refunds: If you cancel within 7 business days of the event date, only the 10% breakage deposit will be refunded.

No Refunds: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date are not eligible for any refund.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

3. Décor Hire Policy

Service Scope: We provide décor hire for private and business events.

Delivery, Setup & Collection: Our team will deliver, professionally set up, and collect all décor items at the agreed-upon times.

Responsibility During Event: Clients are responsible for ensuring the décor remains in good condition throughout the event. Any loss, theft, or damage will result in additional charges.

Breakage Deposit: A 10% breakage deposit is required for all bookings and will be refunded after collection, provided all items are returned in good condition.

Use of Data: This information is used solely to manage bookings, deliver and collect décor, provide customer service, and, with your consent, send you marketing updates.

Third Parties: We do not sell or trade your information. Data is only shared with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors) when necessary.
